We are looking for a Project Manager who enjoys being on site, managing complex projects, and working within a collaborative team environment.

The role involves taking full ownership of architectural residential projects, from initial handover through to final delivery. The Project Manager is responsible for budget and schedule control, overall client experience, active participation in kickoff, site and project follow-up meetings, coordination of site supervisors and subcontractors, and day-to-day monitoring of construction progress. Strong hands-on site experience is essential, with a proven ability to manage projects of similar complexity and to anticipate technical challenges while ensuring compliance with plans, health and safety standards, and client expectations.

• Full management of architectural residential projects, from A to Z
• Strong on-site presence on projects of comparable complexity
• Budget, schedule and client-experience management
• Coordination of site teams and subcontractors
• Ongoing updates to schedules and adjustments to architectural and engineering plans

We are looking for a structured, proactive and people-oriented professional who builds trust and leads teams effectively. A degree or diploma in project management, engineering or architecture (or equivalent experience) is required, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, including proven on-site experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Experience with architectural projects is an asset.
